Appointment Booking

Please be advised that if you are a returning patient who has not visited in three

years or more, you will be treated as a new patient.​

Please click the link above to complete your payment. Use your child’s first and last name as the payment reference to ensure accurate identification. Payments must be submitted at least 24 hours before the appointment to clear the balance and confirm your booking. For any questions about fees, please refer here

Electronic Script (e-script) Prescribing

  • Your pharmacist will scan the token to access your electronic prescription from a secure and encrypted delivery service.

  • After receiving your medication, be sure to delete the token that was used to obtain it.

  • If your prescription includes refills, your pharmacy will send you a new token for each subsequent refill. You'll need to provide this token to the pharmacist when it's time to collect your medication.

  • Should you accidentally lose or delete the SMS or email containing your electronic prescription token, you can request it to be resent. For original prescriptions, reach out to the prescriber; for refills, contact the pharmacy that issued them.

  • If your pharmacy offers home delivery, you can simply forward your token to them instead of visiting the pharmacy in person.
